Yesterday was Robert's and my 1 year anniversary. We've decided that this year will be the only year we will celebrate our civil ceremony - July 22, 2008. Next year we will have "another" 1 year anniversary on June 6th (our Catholic ceremony).For our special dinner we had some delicious homemade tortillas, homemade refried beans, shredded beef, and homemade tomato and onion "salsa".
